Thank you for choosing Rsx England. We are committed to delivering your favorite food products in the freshest condition and as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
• In case of high order volume, processing may take an additional 1-2 days. We will notify you via email/SMS in such cases.

2. Delivery Timelines

*Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the products and the delivery location.
• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499 (or as mentioned in current promotional offers).

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via email and SMS. You can use this ID on our courier partner’s website to track your package in real-time.

2. Packaging & Food Safety

We use specialized, high-quality packaging to ensure that your food products remain fresh and undamaged during transit. If you receive a package that is tampered with or leaking, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

5. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
• If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, a re-shipping fee may apply for the second attempt.

6. Restricted Areas

Currently, we deliver across most pin codes in India. If we are unable to deliver to your specific location, we will inform you and issue a full refund immediately.
