Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rsx England, we strive to provide the highest quality food products. Since we deal with perishable food items, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction.

1. Order Cancellation

• Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
• How to Cancel: To cancel, please email us immediately at Support@rsxengland.store with your Order ID.
• Right of Cancellation: Rsx England reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or delivery restrictions. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Returns and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept general returns once the product is delivered. However, we offer replacements/refunds in the following cases:

• Damaged Product: If the packaging is torn or the product is damaged during transit.
• Wrong Item: If you received a different product than what you ordered.
• Quality Issues: If the product is expired or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.

Note: You must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product.

3. Refund Process

• Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Timeline: It typically takes 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/wallet, depending on your payment provider.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
• The recipient was unavailable at the time of delivery after multiple attempts.
• The product is consumed or the original packaging is missing.
